Chocolate (Nutella) Croissants

I’ve been craving all things sweet lately. No, I’m not pregnant! I just really have been in the mood for pie, cookies, cake etc. Yesterday, I was daydreaming about some chocolate croissants I had in NYC a few years ago. It got me thinking and I realized I could make a similar croissant using Nutella. I just made them this morning and now I’m in love.

Nutella Croissants
-Tube of Crescent Rolls
-Nutella
-Sugar & Cinnamon

This is such an easy recipe. Preheat your oven according to your crescent roll package (Mine said 375 degrees).

Take your crescent rolls out and separate each triangle. Take a spoonful of Nutella and spread it across the widest part of the triangle and towards the tip. I stopped about half way down just to ensure the Nutella didn’t leak out while baking. I’m guessing gooey Nutella all over would’ve been even better though! Roll your crescents up from widest to smallest and set on a baking sheet.

After rolling your entire tube of crescent rolls, sprinkle each one with your sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake according to your crescent directions. Ours said 11-13 minutes.

Dance Sisters

I had the opportunity to blend two of my favorite activities at once last week. I had a photo shoot with the Gullicksrud girls in their dance costumes. So, not only did I get to take some gorgeous images of the girls, but I was able to incorporate a little of my dance knowledge, too! The girls really didn’t need much coaching though, they are all excellent dancers on their own and had some really fun ideas to show off each of their talents.

Here’s a few of my favorites…
